Nebig owns six imprinting machines, which are always ready to print delivered texts and logos on your bags; this can be done double sided and in multiple colours.
The imprinting machines together have a maximum capacity of 150,000 bags per day!

Our printing trajectory:

In our imprinting facility, bags are stripped of superfluous packaging. The packaging is separated from the bags and collected for reuse. After that the bags continue via a conveyor belt to the imprinting machines. The net imprinted bags are pressed together and wrapped around with a synthetic belt. Then they're rewrapped around with foil and are ready to be delivered.

This process takes place almost completely by machine. This enables us to imprint your bags at very sharp rates.

Furthermore, the space where the printing is done is completely conditioned and placed on over pressure so that no nuisance is encountered from dirt and dust.
