With multiple decades of experience in different packaging companies, Lucien Scheers decided together with Bert den Dikkenboer to take over Nebig packaging in March 2000.
Besides his management tasks within Nebig, Lucien Scheers is also involved in sales.

Bert is the nestor of Nebig. After having worked as an accountant for many years, he switched over to a packaging company. In 1989 he got to work as an independent salesman for Nebig. Bert has since then set up a large network of very faithful customers. Bert keeps his clients very happy and keeps them long term customers of Nebig.
Since 2000 is Bert owner of Nebig together with Lucien Scheers.

Aart has been working multiple decades in the packaging industry.?
For 12 years Art has lead the paper bags activities of the Finnish UPM.
Since 2007 Aart has been working for Nebig packaging, where he is in charge of paper packaging that is from industrial packaging up to small packaging for the consumer market.

After having been active decades in the family company Haije Logistics, Ivo wanted a new challenge.
At Nebig Packaging we induced Ivo to seek this challenge in the sales of packaging materials. Ivo has specialised in the sales of Big Bags and BOPP bags. Furthermore, Ivo is also very good in finding new customers.

Nico has already been working multiple decades in the packaging industry. Nico started as a production worker and has meanwhile grown to Factory Manager.
As Manager Nico is the final responsible person for the planning, execution, and quality of all imprints performed. Within Nebig Nico is seen as the oil which makes the machine run smoothly.

Rick has worked right from childhood in logistics. He worked in the family company Haije Logistics where he was in charge of all outgoing transports.
In September 2007, Rick came to strengthen the team of Nebig as Logistics Manager. Rick is in charge of all incoming and outgoing goods movements.

After having finished her College Preparation, Bernedien got to work at an accountancy firm. After having gained the necessary experience there, Bernadien ran the administration of a number of contracting firms. Then, she took care of the administration of a car dealer for rather more than eight years.
Since October 2008 Bernedien has been working at Nebig Packaging and manages here the complete financial and payroll administration of the various companies.
